One of my peppermint shrimp looked like it was about to die laying on it's back on the sand still moving, but barely this morning. So I flipped him over to help him out and when I did that, my clown attacked and took a bite out of him. Then my purple tang came and finished of the rest of him.

They do that because he was dying? My fish are well feed so that's not an issue.

you may have to remove the clownfish and tang they have a thirst for blood now and you wont be able to quench it sorry couldnt resist! lol

Well my clown decided to take a bite out of me today when I was flipping over a snail. He held on and did a "death roll" like crocodiles do lol.

Either dead or molting. None of those fish would eat a healthy, hard-shelled shrimp....

molting is what they do to shed their exoskeleton...

they only do it when they're alive..
