Couple question.

1. Can it be applied while something is slightly leaking?

2. Any specific way or recommendations on using it?

3. How long is the cure... Specifically until water can run through it.

4. Since its late, does WalMart carry it?

Fwiw I have a very light leak on my calcium reactor.

1. No it cannot. WaterWeld epoxy can, but not Weldon+16. Totally different thing.
2. Make sure the acrylic you are gluing together is clean and dry. Weldon 16 can be a bit messy. It has the consistency of honey.
3. The recommended wait time is 24 hours, I think.
4. I do not think you can find it at any Wal-Mart. Too specialized an adhesive for them. PureReef carries it.
