What comes in second after octopus skimmer

Reef Octopus SRO 1000 external is not going to be produced. What is your recommendation after Octopus? Bubba

What is the system size? You could either do the 2000 external or the SRO line has some powerful HOB skimmers.

75 gal...small sump.....have tangs....have seen JAustin's 2000 and it is a beast....wanting something in the $300.00 range. The next step up in octopus is $495.00...Don't want a divorce!!! Bubba

Andyman did a thread comparing the Octo to CPR and his opinion, if I remember correctly, the CPR out performed.

How about this one? I've been doing a bit of research on the Bubble Magus skimmers. All the reviews are very good... seems to be well built, and the price is very good as well.
