Look right in front of the left front wheel. That's what I was looking at. And yes, I agree the hood emblem and styling both appear to be Lamborghini (not to mention that Italian police actually have one, and this is apparently a play off of that).

Thats the Polish Police emblem. This is actually a rather famous Lamborghini that the Polish Police have used for PR purposes.
