alt="" />And do I need to remove it while it's still high up on the glass?

It looks like it has wings.. a bunch, all along his 'back'.

alt="" />Another pic..sorry they are so big.. it's teeny tiny.. probaby could fit three of them side by side on my pinky fingernail... it was on the glass after lights out last night, and still there this morning.

Oh, great!! Just what I needed... I'll get ahold of Wei. We actually got our tank from him :)
Thanks for the link.. ~~**hopefully**~~ it's something else, but it looks really close to the one in the link with the pic... except it is clean/green and not 'zoa' colored yet.

Ugh..

Yep, that would be a zoa eating nudi if I have ever seen one. I think Wei had a problem with them a long time ago but I am not sure.. I would take out your zoas and give them a dip..

I don't have iodine or anything to dip them in and the boys are napping until 4...will just regular FW do anything? I pulled out the rock that I'm pretty sure had them (or at least has them now). The zoas on there haven't opened in about 2 days, but I was just figuing it was because I have to keep moving them away from that silly condi..Do I need to mess with the other zoa rocks since they are all open and full?

If you have a petsmart nearby look for Seachems reef dip.. http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/ReefDip.html">http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/ReefDip.html</a>

It is prob the second best iodine based coral dip on the market. Give the rock a 25-35min dip in there. I would use saltwater for that but you could use FW.

yep, have a petsmart about 3 mins away...

Will do a SW dip in there today!!

Should I do all of the zoa rocks, or just the main one?

Will do! Thank you!!

And thanks to everyone!! Hopefully, I can get this caught before all my zoas become dinner!

That does look like a zoa eating nudi! Flatworm eXit will kill it if you dose 2x the recommended dosage. Just make sure you are ready for a water change and/or use carbon afterwards.

P.S. - I don't think you got that from my emptied tank. :tongue2:

Forget the dipping for now... Salifert Flat worm EXIT works on these! Use it and kill them all. Make sure you have plenty of water on hand to do a water change and carbon to dump in the sump!

lol.. there is no way that it could have come from the tank!! That thing was dry as a bone, and we came home and gave it a good scrubdown :)
Probably came from one of the rocks with Zoas.. gotten a couple from a few different ppl lately.

Couple of things- where do I get flatworm exit? It won't hurt the puffer will it? Water change how long afterwards? AND no sump, just HOB filters that always run carbon, do I take it out before I dose?

That is definitley a zoanthid eating nudibranch.

Two Little Fishies' product "Revive" will do a better job than Flatworm Exit in my opinion. You can see of Sammy has it or if not you can get it at Drs Foster & Smith by clicking here: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=16829&Ntt=coral%20cleaner&Ntk=All&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Np=1&pc=1&N=0&Nty=1">http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=16829&Ntt=coral%20cleaner&Ntk=All&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Np=1&pc=1&N=0&Nty=1</a>

I know of a better product that will do a better job getting rid of them and other coral parasites, but it is not widely available yet.
