What is best food for soft corals ?

I need advice on best food and frequency to feed them for soft corals please.
I have these - (nems, mushroom, lettuce cabbage, hammerhead, frogspawn, candy cane) in my large 170gal reef tank

In my experience, robust lighting (and placement, relative to that lighting) is much more important than feeding. They will pick up whatever else they need from the water column, fish waste, leftover food, etc. I stopped using ReefRoids and similar products, because it did nothing for the corals and just caused nutrients to spike.

I do AB+ 1-2 times a week, and broadcast feed a powdered coral food once every week or 2.

I broadcast feed reef chili or reef roids a few times a week.
