What is this on my Powder Blue Tang?

What is this and how do you treat it? The fish is in a Reef Tank and almost impossible to get out. Pardon the pic, he is moving pretty quickly and I had to zoom in to get this one.

Everything is cool. New fish, just got past a case of Ich. But just to answer your question: 1.025 salinity, 8.4 PH, 460 CA, 10 Alk. Been that way for a while now. I just checked it yesterday.

Lymphocystis would be my assessment. Often happens on fins, but I've seen it on the mouth too.

If that's all it is, it's viral and brought on by stress, and should go away on its own. Only mess with it if it's preventing him from eating.

If it has ich also - that's a whole other ball game. That stuff on its lip isn't ich, but those fish are very prone to ich also, so you might have more than one thing going on.
