What is this snail? Can't be Black Nassarius

I bought about a half pound of these buggers online advertised as Black Nassarius. Don't look like it to me. They were dirt cheap so I knew it was an iffy buy. But, I'm wondering what the heck they are. They're in a QT right now. Help me ID so I can either give them to a snail rescue shelter or cut them loose in my fuge or tank.
I'll get better pictures if needed.

I think you bought Ilyanassa obsoleta snail, they look identical but don't acclimate very well and seen to have a shorter life in warmer water. They both do the same work!
