What is this?!

So last week I noticed these little stalactite-like things under all the rock in half of my tank. They've already gotten a lot bigger. Any idea what they really are and what I can/should do about them?

They look like tunicates to me. Are they soft? They are just filter feeders to my knowledge, notice how they grow in the shade. I used to get lots of these in the sump. I don't think these are anything harmful, just lots of crazy stuff that lives in ocean like environments.

I retract my last diagnosis, THOSE LOOK LIKE TEETH! Whatever you do don't put your hand in that cave!

They're definitely soft. I hope they're something like that!

. They do! And I barely put my hands in the tank. Definitely not touching that!
