What is this?

Looks like aptasia. Don’t try to remove it without doing some research. You will spread it if you are not careful. It is invasive and stings other corals. That one is very young. It will grow quickly. We just got back from a 5 day vacation and had a new one about 1 1/2” tall. We use AptasiaX on them. You can also use boiling water, lemon juice, peppermint shrimp or a laser. Look it up.

Looks like a hydroid jellyfish to me

There was another person just a day or two ago asking about the same critters. It is a hydroid but don't freak out when you do a search for hydroids because these "snowflake" hydroids aren't nearly as big a deal. They are common and usually just go away on their own causing little to any headaches for the system.
