What is this?

Can someone please help identify this little creature and is it bad or good guy? Approximately 1/4 in long, white in color, and kinda puts you in the mind of rolley polley if you know what I mean.

Stomatella snails, great cleanup guys. My favorite type FREE!!!

Now the green looking things are worthless and you should just give them to me OK just kidding. The colors are sweeter than mine.

Thanks for the comment I have just started adding vitamens maily Vit C and colors are starting to pop....Hey I might get with ya pretty soon on building an aquarium too just heads up!
