What micron level is your filter sock

How many of you use filter socks and @ what micron? Also, do you know where I can get them with a draw string.

I'm using 300 mesh right now but I'll be going down to 200 micron. All of mine have plastic 4" rings but I've seen several drawstring versions at Marine Design and either PetsMart or Petco.....can't remember.

100 micron pair swapped weekly. I may try 200 once I use up this batch.

I have 50's, 100's, and 200's and use them all. I change daily so the 50's don't bother me much that they clog up in a day.

I have this bad habit of feeding too much, which shows itself in hair algae, so when that happens I slow way down on feedings and place the 55 micron socks in service to get a bit more organics out of the system, but 99% of the time it is the 200 micron socks.
