Thhis thing is is my macro alge in my Fuge, is look like a bee cone kind thing. the only animal I have in the fuge are pods, can smone tell me anything about it?

I'm kinda with mockery. Looks like some kind of sponge but I could be wrong it wouldn't be the first time.

if that little tube on the lower 1/3 right side of its body is actually a tube and not an artifact of photography, it might be some sort of sea squirt (the taxonomic ancestor of all vertebrates!)

I'm almost positive that is a sponge i pulled one off a rock in my tank a while back. But that photo has some glare so i don't know
