ok its like a snail but its white/clear i can pretty much see through it.........it has no shell and its pulling itself along the glass with like a "mouth" the front end of this thing is like its mouth and the tail like splits into two things like two tails???

Ummmm... If this is the picture that you saw that you said is what you have, don't bother getting rid of it, it is a harmless acoel know as Amphiscolops</em> sp.

Now if we are talking about red flat worms, that is a different story.

yea the thing in my tank is that clear white thing its not red

They're alright... except they eat pods. So I hate em . They won't overrun your tank as they have a limited food supply but they're not beneficial.
