An AIO tank includes the sump area in the volume amount.
That said, I think you may be a little heavy on the livestock for what is actually closer to a 35-36 gal tank, imho.
You have 12 fish (if I counted right?) and some are 3-4 inches long, such as your coral beauty & starry blenny.

I see it’s actually 13 fish.
Take a water sample to your LFS or a friend with a good test kit and have it checked.
I’m not a fan of API, fwiw.
As mentioned, consider reducing the fish.

Brightwell has Xport blocks and plates too. I haven't heard of possible aluminum leaching from them either.
They had the product on display in their booth at the Expo.

I run 2inches of bright well cubes ,blocks ,gems and seachem matrix in my fuge no rock or sand . Shrimps like it and no mess

I mainly use my fuge for pods ,cheato and shrimps . I put the brightwell stuff in and poured a big bottle of bio spira in there and let it sit for a few hrs before opening it up to pumps . No issues at all . The copepods love it .
