Whats up with my trumpet coral

Is my trumpet coral dying it hasent been getting puffed up any more and I havent seen the tentacles it looks like its spliting apart is this natural I was trying to upload a pic but my phone wont let me so when I get home ill add one but does any one know what im talking about

It might be splitting. How do you feed it?

Ive had it for a few weeks and it was great at first and I fed it shrimp a few times

In my experience (having the same two heads for a year) the more you feed them the bigger they get, I feed mine once a week I drop a mysis shrimp in them they close up and consume it then the next day they are full and expanded. If they are looking "wimpy" I would suggest feeding them.
