Where can I get good cheato in or around the Alpharetta area? Is this something that stores carry?

Seems like a good reef specialty shop on Route 9, just north of Winward Parkway on the west side....Was just speaking with the owner yesterday about cheato - he usually has a bunch

It may be worth going there just to check out the shop.
