Can yall post where you keep your parameters at with a pic of your tank? This is a question a lot of new people have. If you do something different but it works great, mind sharing what you're doing different? I feel like it'll help new hobbyists and also the old time reefers too! Looking forward to see what everyone does!

Mine
Salinity: 1.025
Temp: 77*F
Alk: 8.4 dkH
Calc: 445ppm
Mag: 1480
NO3: undetectable (below 0.25ppm)
PO4: .01-.02ppm

My recommendations:
Salinity: 1.024-1.025
Temp: 76-78*F
*(stability is more important than nailing the target)
Alk: 8.4dkH (range 7.5-9.5 dkH is relatively safe)
Calc: 435ppm or higher
Mag: 1480 -1800
NO3: 0 - 20ppm
PO4: aim for 0

Alk - 8.1dkh
Cal - 500ppm
Mag - 1600ppm
Nitrates - 10ppm
Phosphates - 0.04ppm
Salinity -35ppt
Temp 77-79

Salinity: 35ppt
Alk: 9.24
Ca: 460
Mg: 1560
NO3:0-12 maybe. Reagents are expired and I get shifting results.
PO4: 0-0.02 (same as above but almost certainly very low, too low really)

See screenshots. I need to bring up my cal and mag slightly. I try to keep it at 450 cal and 1350 mag.

What do you guys use to measure your phosphates and has anyone ever used the hannah checkers for phosphates and which one? Thanks

Yep - https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/phos...rimeter-hi774-hanna-checker-marine-water.html

Last check (Sunday I think?)

Temp = 77
PH = tanks average 7.9.
NO3 = under 5
PO4 = Generally it's not measurable with the hanna ULR - but algae grows in the tanks so I know it's in there
Salinity = 53uS as measured on pinpoint meter
Ca - seems to stay around 470
Mg - seems to stay around 1400 - 1450
Alk - high 7's or low 8's

I use the Hanna UL phosphorus checker. There is an little bit of conversion that needs to be done to get phosphate reading.

When my tank was up and running.

Alk: 8.5~9dKh
Cal: 425~430
