Which Vortech is the best for a 4 foot long tank

My 40 gallon tank is very wide and shallow with these dimensions: 43" long x 18" wide x 12" high. Mostly lps and softies, but has 8 sps, no acros or millis, just bird's nest and plating or encrusting montis, plus a setosa. And I do not plan to add any more sps in the future. Should I get 2 mp10s? mp 20? or 1 mp 40?

I agree with the doc, mp40. I have mine running at 100% in a 48" tank with very fine grade sand and no sandstorms.

I run 2 40's on my 150G (60x24x25) at about 1/2 speed. If you ever think you may go larger go with the 40's.

Have a 120 that is 48". Run 2 mp40ws. Don't think the 20s would be NEARLY enough
