White specks on wrasse fins...?

Looks like ich, but I'm not sure what else wrasse may be susceptible to. I've got metro and focus, should I give those a try? He also looks to have some vertical white lines mid torso.

I have used quinine successfully for ectoparasites. I suggest the site below, they have quinine sulfate, and you can possibly use their Parinox, but I have no experience with it.
