Who all has drank dirty salt water.?

Man I got big gulp sat when I was draining a tank.After 8 years in the hoby It finally happened.

Yeah when I used to siphon the water from my 55 into two 5 gallon jugs it happened a few times. Luckily I wised up, bought a long hose and a pump.... NEVER AGAIN!

LOL. Been over a decade in the hobby and way back at the start I gulped dirty tank water almost every water change. I have not tasted dirty tank water in a long time....

Was there someone on ARC that ate skimmate back in the day? Even worse....nastyness :sick:

Cliff got a big gulp while siphoning the last four inches out of Ansley's 120 (which had been shut down for about a week). NASTY!

His statement was, I believe, "Let me show you how to do that."

In a minute he was over gagging by the bushes.

I used to get a bit when I'd do water changes, but now I'm down to just tasting the salt on the end of the siphon hose...

I think I may be combining the two stories... except for the boasting, though, he did the same on Doc's tank.
