Who Vacuums Their Tanks During Regular Water Changes?

I vacume the sump during water changing I stirr up the sand too sometimes

I have been having trouble keeping phosphates below .06 I decided to start vacuuming my sand bed at each water change as I though it might be the culprit behind the issue. I am pleased to say after several weeks I am at .02 and my SPS are starting to get some color back.
