So my 14g biocube has been stagnate for a couple months (no new additions or moves). My rbta decided to walk eventhough it's been in the same spot for a year...I think my gsp made it uncomfortable. If it goes...will it nuke or will the tank recover? I hope it'll just find a new happy place, but I just need to know if I need to excavate the whole tank to get it out, or if it'll be all good.

I had a big condylac get minced by my circulation pump and it scattered everywhere , I only got a small foot piece out the rest the tank got.
I was afraid it would have goen wild releasing poison and stinging coral , but I ran a bit of floss and the skimmer got the rest all was well , and bubble tips don't sting that hard compared to other nems.

thanks for the input guys. I'm glad I don't need to panic. It'll be sad to see it go, but I know I did everything right by it. If the SPS is happy in my tank, I know the RBTA had plenty of light, and it found itself the perfect spot away from heavy flow, so it's idea to tank walk is kind of a surprise to me. (hopefully it'll take some gsp with it

Why do you equate tank walking with its future demise?
I had bad luck Stick in my 40g. RBTA + Vortech = nuked tank. Came in one morning to a tank that was completely clouded and fish dying. Lost several fish before I could get water out and changed. It was nasty. It was a big nem so it was a lot of issue being chewed up and spit out. My advice is to try sponge sleeve around power heads if at all worried. GL!
