Ok how has everyone been? I am back with pictures and some info on the Aqueon tank I am using. First off let me say thanks to all the people out here that got me hooked.
Ok the tank I bought is an Aqueon Evolve2. $49.99+tax
2gallon with built in filtration. What I mean when I say built in filtration is that the tank has a chamber in the back the length and height of the tank. It is 2 1/4" deep where the water filters through a grate style overflow and passes through a filter pad. The water then flows over a small wall into the lower half of the chamber where it is pumped back into the tank via small pump name unknown. Not a bad little set up.
The light is a L.E.D. light with housing 20 bright white led's and 2 blue lunar colored led's. Which has been enough light to have Zoa's and soft low light corals. I plan on purchasing a new light but have'nt as of yet. The light has a three way waterproof switch for daylight, off, lunar. It really cant be hooked up on a timer but still is nice.
As of right now the tank heats itself via the pump in the chamber keeping a steady 74-76 degrees. And the tank is very quiet.
I have 10lbs of live rock, 1" sandbed and a very small 6 line a few hermits and some zoas. Ok sorry for the delay here are the pictures.
