pre arranged aquascaping that you link together that would allow various predetermined shapes? From dry live rock, so that it wouldn't be a "cast" and everyone would look the same.

I mean.. what if you could buy a "bonsai" design, all the rocks were labeled, and all you had to do was insert acrylic rods and put it together according to directions.

Just thought it was a cool idea

Cool concept, but not for me. I like my aquascaping to be one-of-a-kind and origional. This might be great for commercial type set ups(doctors office, hospital, restaraunt etc).

There is a company based out of SLC that makes stuff like aquaroche but a bit cheaper since it's made here and not overseas. I can't remember the name though. It would work great until you get those guys with the 10 gallon tanks that want you to switch out this rock for that rock and this one for that one and you end up spending hours on a deal under $100. Or one rock breaks in transit so the buyer decides he wants a refund on the whole thing.

Thats another idea... just make it so that it can be assembled in any number of configurations that would be unique because it IS real ROCK and not a mold.

I may have to experiment with this
