what you guys doing?

surely you are all diving somewhere? It's summer!!! I have over 100 dives this year.....

what you guys doing? or going? or have been?

post some pics....lets see some reefs...

A few weeks ago I went on a couple dives in St. Martin.

It was ridiculously bad. The actual scenery was good and one of the sites was really cool. The bad was the other 5 people on the boat. Whoever certified them should be shot. The divemaster was all over them.. It was a hugely obese family from Texas who sucked up air like like it was no ones business. They couldn't maintain neutral buoyancy didn't listen to the instructions before we started and had so much trouble getting back on the boat I floated a good 20 min on my back waiting for them to figure it out... I ended up with 1200lbs of air in my tank at the end of both dives... FRUCKING Annoying...

I could go on and on..

The moral of the story is it is always better to bring your own dive buddy.

The company I went out with was Scuba Fun and I would not use them again. Not because the other divers ruined the trip for me but due to their policy on boat use and bottom time.

Delaney.

sept i am getting my open water cert...so i will have some then but i did swim alot this summer...when i feel off the wakeboard

I am not certified but I did go snorkeling with about 10-15 huge tarpon (also with a ton of other fish) in Georgetown Grand Cayman. They were all in the 4 1/2 foot range with some bigger. The tarpon is one of my favorite game fish so it was awesome to see them in their habitat and be up close to them.
