Well it feels like I have been panning for gold and digging taters I have all the snails and one of the wrasses out. I still have another one that I have not found yet. I had a peppermint shrimp that jump off of one of the rocks but I never saw it since and this morning it’s in the holding stock tank. I guess it hung to another rock as I never moved it. I hope that it was in some of the sand I scooped up to put in the other tank for the sand needers

found her... I just dont know why they bury themselves :confused2::confused2:

Wrasses hide.

Just when you're certain they're gone, they're back~!

For certain. I gave a lunar wrasse away recently and had to examine every piece of 125 pounds of rock to find it. Finally, once I found it, I had to split the rock to get it out. Beautiful, crazy fish.

Wrasses 'sleep' in the sand.

Also fwiw, I recently broke down a tank and a firefish/dartfish went missing. I found it the next day in a Rubbermaid with a big piece of rock. I guess I now know where it's 'home' was. The rock sat out of the water for a couple of minutes during the move too!

LOL I cleaned a bunch of leaves out of my ponds on Sat using a fish net. Dumped them all in the grass for the time being while I was doing other things. About 10 minutes later I walked past and what I thought was a leaf blowing in the wind caught my eye. It struck me odd that only one leaf was moving so I went back and found that it was actually one of my black pond comets. Scooped him up and he is now happily swimming in my pond. :yay:

My yellow coris wrasse was missing for nearly a month and guess who showed up for dinner. I'm elated!!:Banane01:
