I have liked several reef sites on FB, and came across this post tonight. If anyone is interested, it is a beautiful specimen.

Please check it out, if someone can give this guy a good home. I would be interested. Thank god someone is not charging astronomically for a "mutation" like picasso's and what not. I posted here, because I wonder if this is common? Discuss away people with much more experience than I.

Sadly after reading further, he/she has found a home. But I am curious as to what/why these deformities happen. Are they common enough? Is this from inbred aqua/mari culturing? It was interesting so I brought it here. Thanks for the read!
