SOmeone told me I could use loctite brand suoer glue to glue xenia to a rock to keep it from blowing all over my tank. Is this true? Thanks

I just use a rubberband around them till the attach to the plug. Takes less than a week.

If you're trying to keep a xenia frag, the either of the above methods will work. If you're trying to keep it's little babies from spreading, nothing helps.

Just trying to keep a frag that was given to me from blowing around my tank.

and if you leave the rubber band on for too long you will have two xenias, or leathers etc.

Thanks. I used a rubberband on one and I wedged the other betwen a crack in a rock and a peace of rubble rock I had in the tank. THe other one I just stuck down in a tight crack in a rock. Hopefully it will work. I just didnt want it to blow away or the rubberband to kill it.

If you figure out how to kill it let me know. I have xenia problems.

Reefer problems

If the ones you wedged don't stay, you can also use a small piece of veil type cloth. Lay the frag on the rock/plug and wrap it loosely with the veil. After about a week (maybe longer)</em> the Xenia will have a foot-hold on the rock/plug.
