Xterminator mantis trap.

I'll spare the backstory and get right to the thick of things. Live Rock, purple lobster, xterminator trap. Keep baiting and he's all over it. However, I can't seem to get him to trigger the latch. I know the thing works, my cleaner shrimp set it off. Anyone use one of these traps? Please let me know if you've had any success. Also if anyone has any tips on catching a purple lobster I could use the help.

No luck. I was getting too frustrated so I decided to give it a rest for a bit. I think it'd be a while before he went for any fish. Or should I say I hope. I've been feeding him shrimp pellets in the meantime.

I have a pistol shrimp that excavates non - stop! He creates a dust storm and he moves my sand around so much , and under the rocks, that some have fell over.

I like to watch him, but would this Xterminator trap him? I would give him away if i could.. my watchman goby loves him..
