<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">I know these are sand sifting gobies but eventually they may run out of organisms in the sand. </span></span>
<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: 13px;"> </span></span>
<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">If you have one what else do you feed it? How do you feed it? How often? Do you crush up some shrimp etc and let it flow around in the tank while the power heads are off?</span></span>

<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">Any insight would be helpful. </span></span>

If you have had your tank up for a good amount of time, it won't run out of food. The one I used to have also would eat brine.

Mine only sifts sand between regular meals; for the most part, he goes after mysis and krill just like all my other fish.

My tank has been up for a few years and I recently upgraded to something bigger so it is established.

The sleeper goby has been eating and out swimming which is good. I've had to adjust to throwing in a little more food than normal so there is enough food for everyone. Been feeding brine shrip, shrimp and pellets and so far so good.

Thanks for all the input.
