1-bag of frozen sea food mix from Publix $3.99
few teaspoons of of juice from a jar of minced garlic.
put it all in a blender and add some fresh rodi water to help blend. I then top off my minced Garlic jar with rodi water. I get about 3 gallon freezer bags of food out of it 1/4 " thick..Not bad for less then $7.00
