Yumas? -pic

RD, that sounds like a bum deal to me. Tell those bf's to eat at home ;)

I used to keep yumas but recently my luck with them has not been so good. They like low flow and low light right?

Not necessarily. I have had yumas different conditions and did ok. Bacterial infections are the #1 killer of yumas.

How do you stop the infections once they have them? And how do you tell if they have them?

I normally use cipro as well. I actually started using it way before this article but yeah it does work. I am now seeing will Amoxicillin yield the same outcome since it is a step below cipro and I would rather start low then work my way up the next thing to fight the infection. Also, I am out of Cipro and need to order more.

Awesome! I actually have cipro for when I get a carpet nem and a ritteri.

Thanks:) thanks to Francisco and Marquise for their pics too.
Come on people I know there has to be more than two members with yumas:up:

I have propagated my current yumas and floridas. They should be fully ready by Mid-October and looking like the parents. I can't wait. They will be aquacultured so that's a plus.
