Zen 18 gallons nano

Hi every one. This is my first post on the forum. I am in this hobby for around two years, and this is my first time setting up a nano tank

This current nano tank is the one that I bought from Mode Aquarium (Zen 18 gallons). The stand is the IKEA MALM that I got for very cheap price. The light is Pixie 30 watt led

I intended to set up this tank as soft coral with some BTA (and clown fish of course) only kind of tank.

Once again this is my first nano tank, so any advice is welcome

Welcome. How long have you had this tank cycling?

That first chamber in your overflow - you look to have a sock or some sort on top of a black block sponge. If you don't have a sock holder to funnel water into it, it won't be very effective. I stopped using socks and now use Polyfil Pillow Stuffing (found at Walmart).

Other than, good looking start.
