Zoas closed?

I did check the params Jin. Everything came back perfecto. I don't see many of the white spots, but may treat for ZoaPox anyway...

Could a regular flourescent light be enough to sustain the zoas for say 3 weeks?

You forgot to test mag. Do so more water changes. You work for a fish store and don't test your water. You Papa needs to smack you around some. JK. I have zoa's growing in my sump under a 65 watt compact generic house bulb for a month or so no problems. I have also done treatment for Zoa pox no problem it is just a pain to find the meds locally.

I came home tonight and see that a couple colonies are opening. I'm gonna wait till tomorrow to see what it's looking like, and if they still aren't opening all the way I'm gonna get the Furan-2 out. In the meantime I'm trying to get my Mg up to see if that's the cause.

If you have pox it's pretty obvious. You will see the white spots and they will die quickly. If yours are opening and still look healthy you may not have the pox.
