zoas going through a phase

So I have a good bit of zoas in my display and about half of them have been closedish for a week. Should I be worried?

By closedish I mean 90% of each respective colony won't open.

Should I do a no light day or something?

I always feel every change has it's reason. So you should try and figure out what has changed and see if it's a concern....

Added a couple corals from rit but one of the colonies that were closed I just moved and all was better, not so lucky with the rest. Params shouldn't have spiked or anything, I was a few days behind on a water change, but nothing extreme. I only test every few weeks, but I suppose this is a good reason to test. Lol

All my sps is fine, rbta is better than usual, so I'm not too worried about params as much as light issues or a pest.
