Z's P's receding and fish fins tattered

Check your salinity as alot of times zoas will melt if it gets to high. I know it doesnt solve the rest but figured id point out..

I have to take that with a grain of salt since the happiest/healthiest corals in the tank are those being spot fed.

Rule of thumb if you ever have a noticable problem, do a WC.

Random question, surprised no one has asked yet. Aside from GFO have you had any new additions to the tank lately? Maybe something from somewhere not so reputable? Bad acclimation? Even microscopic predators can be a threat to our reef. Temperature fluctuations? A stressed fish can shred fin, and I have lost coral due to tank temp going too high. Maybe the ambient temperature of your house has risen and heater has not lowered. (not familiar with your setup, just thinking out loud here)

No problems with temp. It ranges from 77.4-78. No new additions to the tank in the past two months

Salinity is consistently at 1.25 for the last few months. Kept it at 1.26 before that.

Just a suggestion Seth...you might want to temporarily rehome some or all of your high end zoas and leave just a few to see how things go so that you won't loose them all if this continues. Let me know if you need help.

I was thinking the same thing but worried a sudden change might make things worse.

Seth, have you tested your other parameters (ca, alk, nitrate, etc)?

Yes, Ca is 465 (Thirty day low was 400 on Nov 28)
I've had an issue keeping Mg up. In fact, I'm running out today for some more Neo-Mag and Tech M. Mg is 1230
KH is a steady 8.0 (I've been meaning to bring this up but wanted to stabilize Mg first)
NO3 is zero

Did two 30 gallon WC. I will do a couple more by Saturday. I had an observation with my Rasta colony. Half of them were barely open and the other half closed. Even after the WC. I turned off all the Vortech's with only the returns going for flow so my Harley's could wrestle down a chocolate chip. After five minutes most of the Rasta's were opening up. More fully than I had seen for a few days. So, flow seems to factor in as one of the issues plaguing my z's. I'm going to trying toning them down a bit and see what happens. This obviously has nothing to do with the fish issues but my problem seems to be multifaceted.
