Has anyone here had any experience in making an Acrylic sump? I want to make a sump for my 65 gallon that has to fit 26L x 18W x 16H stand. Right now I'm running a 20 gallon sump that I have jerry rigged baffles in to place. I want something to be more permanent and presentable. I have the access to a machine shop and could probably cut the Acrylic myself , its just the glue and all that bothers me. If anyone here has had any experience and could shed some light on if the project is do able or not, I would greatly appreciate it. I also have access to a HOB skimmer so I was wanting to incorporate that into the design so that I wouldn't have to buy a new skimmer or have an eye sore on top of the tank:sick:. Thanks in advance
