According to Jeremy, it's foraminiferans......which is no concern, and he is always correct.....lol....

I beieve that is Caulpera as I (and Jenn) originally stated...I would pull the rock out and replace as needed. You can alo yank off rock(inside or outside) and dose with H2O2 outside tank....
