Issues with sump after using pop-eye meds.

Ever since i've used this medication, I cannot grow cheeto in my sump. I've changed over 200 gallons in the aquarium. Including direct sump, water changes where I cleaned out the sump 3 times and still I'm having issues with chato growing.. I was just curious if anyone else had had the same problem.And what was their solution

What are your nutrients numbers? Growing algae is a nutrient export method, should not be a goal on its own.
