Am I blinding my pods?

In my fuge I have macro algae and pods and burn my lamp 24x7. It's an led bulb so heat and expense are a minimum. Any negative to doing so? I used to only burn it at night and honestly can't recall why I switched to 24x7.

If you have macro algae it like all plants need a dark time of at least 4 hours for best growth planets do most of there growth in the dark.

I've "read" when people grow plants indoors they used 24 hour light cycles ....

The growth seems fine to me but you perhaps I'll try out setting the timer back up and look for a difference.

Having done some of that indoor growing in the past. that is where my info comes from you can do it 24 but for the best growth possible a dark period is used. And alternating it with your display can help keep your phone stable.
