anemone question

Had this RBTA for about 3 months, its been doing well for being my first one, in the last month it seems alot happier and healthier than before, I fed it this morning a 1/6th of a table shrimp, and it gobbled it up immeditly as per usual, came down stairs a few hours later and its all swole up, has me a bit worried, levels are good and were they need to be, was curious if anyone has run across this before and what it means, as I cant seem to find anything useful on the web. a pic of before and of what its doing now.

Anemones are weird people. They will do all kinds of things which can freak you out if you don't know in advance.

From what I've seen, if it is not sucked into a powerhead or disintegrating, you're probably all right with whatever it's doing. Enjoy the show!

...unless it is a condi eating a yellow tang like it's a potato chip... but I wouldn't know anything about that. :whistling:

They are interesting creatures to observe. Incredibility resilient, active and amazing at times.

Looks like a pot belly pig after it snuck into the wheat barn. Tomorrow it may have a completely different appearance. Funny huh

It returned to normal by the next morning and has extended larger than I've ever seen it to this point, seems happy enough, thanks for the replies.
