Anyone Local Collect Rainbow Chalices?

Here's the mother colony of that frag..... I have had it for about 5 months now and it has developed very nicely!

I haven't seen the colorful one in person. How long have you had it, and any other colors pop beside red and Orange?

I've had mine for 6+ months and its now starting to get green and blue veins in the body of the chalice.
 
I've never seen a decent size colony of any of these that remotely look like the frags. Since grafting is used to create most of them it is only natural for the dominant strain of the graft to take over and grow faster. The larger it gets, the less "Rainbow" it becomes.

Only speaking from experience seeing a "back room" or two. Never owned one myself.

Funny you mentioned that, as I've also wondered the same thing! I have yet to see a large colony also. It sure does look pretty as a frag tho...
 
I will post an updated picture in a couple of days. After fragging my mother colony the healed rim is orange in some places and green in others. It stays a rainbow color at least so far.
