Well all I know is Anthony Calfo personally told me that and explained it in depth. I tend to believe him. So if you think that is crazy then I guess it is what it is. It has to do with the nutrients already being broke down as apposed to the coral having to break it down itself. He has done far more research on this subject than any of us I promise. I'm not saying to feed 10x a day but considering most reefers feed very very sparingly, There is a benefit to feeding more and coral growth plus your fish will benefit also. Hey but what do I know about growing corals LOLMvM;525042 wrote: OK. So I should feed my fish all the time, 4-5, maybe 10 times a day. It's just that it's a broad, blanket statement. I was questioning the previous posted saying you needed "1-3 fish for a tank that size." Yes, corals feed on organic material, but you saying, "feed your fish more for your corals to grow," is crazy.
