The actual IP address is the one given by ISP...
PORT FORWARDING is 122....have to set this number on your router advance setup.
ApexControllerIP is configured 192.168.1.50
PORT :122
Open APEX on iphone app and fill out the given IP address by ISP. You can find out this IP address by type in http://www.whatismyip.com">www.whatismyip.com</a> on your web browser. Might have to set this IP to static IP so it won't change on you.
Then port 122
Then it should prompt for username :apex
password: for example 1234

Just an FYI for future reference. You don't have to match the port numbers when forwarding. So you could have left the Apex on port 80 so forwarding would be pu.bl.ic.IP:122 >> 192.168.1.50:80
