apex re start

does not work on my phone.. i will look for apex app and see what that does..

Edit: downloaded the beta app, clicked on add. has some stuff already filled out, but has SSID, WAN Host (IP or Hostname) black?
what do i put there and how do i find it?

You will have to sign into your router to find that information. At first I thought it was the same information that my computer used, but, it's not.

I simply googled my router model, and found instructions on the internet of how to sign into it.

You will clearly see your SSID and WAN host listed there...

BTW: Nice Car, Man!!!

i did sign into where i can see all the settings, etc, but the only thing i see about a ssid is under "home network" then wireless settings.
It just has some info about SSID Broadcast and it is "enabled". thats it.

I have a at&t 2wire136 router

I'm trying to do this from memory... Not sure if the SSID Broadcast is supposed to be enabled, or not....

Chances are that they are the same thing... Place that information under the SSID section.

Do you have anything for WAN Host???

I'll be home shortly, and be able to sign into mine and I'm sure I can provide more information then...

no #'s or anything listed.. just tells me what the enable does..

Standby. I'll google the model number first. May need the sn if I don't find anything on the model number...

Edit: While I look this up, go to http://www.whatsmyip.org">www.whatsmyip.org</a>, and make note of your IP address...

Edit: Once you have your IP address, type it into the url bar with nothing else (no http, .com, etc....), and hit enter. Let me know if it asks for a username and password...

Ok. For the sake of what we are tring now, run a network cable directly from your computer to your router, then type 192.168.1.254 in the address bar.

Let me know what happens...
