Anybody have any experiance ordering from AquaCave.com. I'm trying to place an order and nobody answers the phone...any ideas?

I ordered a skimmer pump from them last week. It got here on time and packaged well. I haven't tried calling them either, although they answered an email question within 24 hours.

Well I'm trying to place a rather large order and don't wanna place it online. I've called CS, Sales, and the operator and get no answer...left messages and got no call back! I'm trying to buy skimmer, pumps, controller, lights, RO unit, substrate, basically everything I need for my new tank.

I have placed numerous orders with them and have been very impressed with the service I have received. I did have a similar phone experience once but all of my orders have been 100% accurate and on time.

I just got off the phone with sales and placed my order...very nice and helpful too.

They are a good source... never had a problem.

I have always had good service also. Had a problem with one order, they left out a gasket for a bulkhead, made one call and had it two days later no questions asked and got a voucher for free shipping on my next order :thumbs:.
