has any body place an order from Aquatics connection and now call Quality Marine before??? because i place an order since December 30 2013 and i am still fighting to get my product that i order and pay for or to get my money back, i have been sending e-mails and they keep telling me soon i will get my order and i requested my money back and it has been two weeks and still no money or products and now they are not responding e-mails and when you call then it send you to the answer machine, so careful if you are planing to place an order.

well when i made the purchase in the web site it was Aquatics Connection and the web page was aquacon.com and now when you go to aquacon.com their page say Quality Marine so that is why i stated that it was Aquatics Connection and now call Quality Marine, but i talk to the bank today and they will help me to get my money back, i hope. thanks
well the new name is Quality Marine Life and yes that was my intention to give you guys a warning i am printing all the e-mails of the conversation i had with then to see what the bank can do for me , i am glad i din't order all i wanted and order what my wife pay for Christmas present
if you go aquacon.com you will see that they call Quality Marine Life and i am a very good customer of Atlanta Aquarium, this was a wife request because she wanted a blue sand sifting star and they where the only one that had it, but like i say it was a lesson learn and a warning for you guys.

I'm surprised AquaCON is still in business (or maybe they've changed their name now...)
I've been reading bad stuff about Aquacon for over 10 years now.
I'm speculating that they don't actually have very much of the really cool stuff they advertise, hence, people order and never receive it.
If they've changed their name, to something close to "Quality Marine" they're probably trying to create confusion with the entity in CA.
Doesn't surprise me.

Took me several months, many phone calls and emails to get my money back, eventually had to file a chargeback on my VISA card through my bank. Aquaconn is a rip-off.

I was just researching as I'm looking to buy a pair of masked Japanese swallowtail and everywhere I read said aquacon is horrible. If they don't have what you ordered they just won't ship it. Of course this isn't my own experience but I read it about 100 times.

Im also sure that any of our sponsors would be more than willing to order whatever you wish if you ask them..ive always been hesitant of ordering online even tho when i ordered freshwater angels back in the day i never got burned..hope you get your money back..thanks for the heads up about them
