Atlantik v4 - only channel one works?

Hey hey!

Trying to get back in action…angain lol… and was reconfiguring my Atlantik V4

I got everything connected and it is definitely paired up as channel one goes up and down in intensity when I use the app. But none of the other channels work that I can see. Def no actinic/blue.

Here’s a picture looking up to the LEDs.

Do I need a new LED board? Have to take it apart and try to jump the LEDs to see if that’s more economical? or just scrap it?

I’ve had it since late 2019 and it’s pretty rusted, etc..

Can you tell if the LEDs are actually burned out or if they're just not working? These are known to have whole channels burn out.

Not super sure what to look for honestly.

Looks like kind of some LEDs in each row are still working, but only maybe like the UV ones

When I use the app, it only “visually” changes when I slide channel one and nothing happens with the other three channels

The light looks super green versus blue actinic

Turn off the light and use a flashlight to look at each individual LED. If any are burned out, they'll look burned out (brown/black). Some of mine burned out so badly theh actually melted the lenses.

Orphek support is really good, so they may be able to give you much better guidance.
