Tank is cycled and about 5 weeks old now. (55 gal) Live rock is starting to color nicely. I have about five hermits and two turbo snails. The other night I noticed something that looked powder black/fuzz moving back into a hole in the LR. Then today I saw this guy crawling up my glass. (I have seen another one since then.)
Is it a snail? When looking at it from the back of the glass, it looks like the bottom of a snail.
Picture is from front of tank, looking in. The 'thing' is crawling down the glass in the back of the tank. Looks like it has two white antenna's, some black markings in the front and greenish color on the back. (White smooth bottom)
Also.. what is the black fuzz looking thing?

The black fuzz was most likely a bristle worm and the picture looks like a stomatella snail to me. Both are beneficial hitch hikers that came in on your live rock.

do I want to do something about the worm(s) now? I heard good and bad about them. will the hermits eat them or when I get fish, sould I ask for a fish that will eat them?

No, they are beneficial. Bristleworms will eat any excess food and help clean up anything that may die. They are self-limiting by the amount of food available to them.
